These Terms are a contract between you and [the operator — not yet configured] ("we", "us") governing your use of AuctionAlerts at auctionalertspro.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Independent tool — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. AuctionAlerts helps you monitor public eBay listings. Your use of eBay remains subject to eBay's own terms.
AuctionAlerts monitors eBay listings that match the searches you save and notifies you when matching items appear. Optional features include an AI search assistant and, where available and approved, automated bidding ("Sniper"). Features may change as the service evolves.
You agree not to:
Alerts and any automated bidding are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on third parties (notably eBay's APIs, email, and SMS providers) that we do not control. We do not guarantee that every matching listing will be detected, that an alert will arrive within any particular time, or that a bid will be placed or won. Where you enable Sniper, you set your maximum bid and remain solely responsible for the resulting purchase obligations on eBay.
We own the AuctionAlerts software and brand. You retain ownership of the searches and content you create, and grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, missed listings, or unsuccessful bids. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create risk to the service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — not yet configured], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located there will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
